Their answer: "Our partnership works because we have the exact same aesthetic and goals. We look for layered stories and meaning in refined simple shapes that support community identity. It's very rewarding." "If we didn't work together, we wouldn't have a marriage," says Madden. "With the number of hours we work, there wouldn't be enough time left over to be together.
