Play Ball

The tall iconic piece welcomes people to Bob Shelden’s Baseball Field where balls fly and people catch. Centered on the entry, a 5-foot baseball “bounces” every ten seconds when lights cascade down the stainless steel trajectory, then burst out of the ball’s stitches. A 12-foot glove is ready to catch it. The glove is popular as a place to sit, climb or take team photos.
